Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about event logistics and client service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and setup of events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly
- Support the events team in administrative tasks, scheduling, and vendor communication
- Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies
- Help manage on-site operations and ensure client expectations are met
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure event objectives align with brand standards
- Assist in preparing reports, timelines, and post-event evaluations
