Position Title: Forklift Operator

Wage: $18.00-$22.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Take your forklift skills to new heights! We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Kansas City, MO. This is a great potential to hire opportunity for someone who is confident operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts and is comfortable working with high racking systems up to 30 feet. You'll play a key role in safely moving, staging, loading, and unloading products while keeping inventory organized and the warehouse running efficiently. Forklift Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform material handling and warehouse duties safely and efficiently
- Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts
- Move, stage, load, and unload products throughout the warehouse
- Work with inventory stored in higher racking systems (25-30 feet)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and Food GMP guidelines

Forklift Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience required, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts
- Comfortable working with high racking/storage systems
- Food GMP experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and forklift
- Ability to work at heights when handling inventory in higher racking systems
