Administrative Manager

We’re looking for a detail-driven Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily administrative operations of our Clute, TX division. In this role, you’ll provide leadership, direction, and support to a team that helps keep our business running smoothly — ensuring every process meets our standards for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise administrative staff across receiving, shipping, accounts receivable, purchasing, inventory, and lab support. Manage daily office operations and administrative support functions including facilities, records management, mail distribution, and sales support. Set clear goals and standards, providing guidance and training to team members. Monitor workloads, productivity, and deadlines to ensure efficient, high-quality results. Oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures to support operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, building strong relationships through excellent service and responsiveness. Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational standards. Support process improvements and contribute to company-wide initiatives that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a calibration or technical service environment. Skills: Strong leadership and communication (verbal and written). High attention to detail and organizational ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
