Flexologist - Great Fit for PT Aides, Kinesiology & Sports Medicine

Job Description

Are you a physical therapy aide, kinesiology student or graduate, sports medicine professional, or massage therapist looking for hands-on, meaningful work in a thriving wellness environment? StretchLab Park City is hiring — and we'd love to have you on our team.

We're nestled in an active mountain community where clients ski, bike, hike, and push their bodies year-round. They need what you know. As a Flexologist™, you'll apply your understanding of movement, anatomy, and recovery in every session — making a real difference in how people feel and perform.

StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, with a team that spans physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. You'll be trained through our proprietary Flexologist™ certification — 20 hours of online coursework plus 2 days of hands-on training — fully compensated, and designed to sharpen your skills from day one.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
Build and retain a loyal client membership base
Ensure client safety through proper technique and studio protocols
Participate in staff meetings and continuing education
Support studio tours and membership sales as needed
Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning equipment

Ideal Candidates Include

Physical therapy aides or PT/OT students
Kinesiology graduates or students
Sports medicine professionals
Massage therapists
Personal trainers
Pilates, yoga, or dance instructors

Professional work ethic with reliable attendance
Ability to complete our 2-day Flexologist™ Training Program (compensated)
