Transportation Manager

Employment Type Full time, onsite in Gaithersburg, MD Shift Day Shift Position Purpose As a Transportation Supervisor at Trinity Health PACE of Montgomery County, you will lead our transportation program with a focus on ensuring seamless movement for our participants, from transport to meals to medical equipment and beyond. What You Will Do Lead and supervise transportation staff, overseeing hiring, training, and competency procedures. Collaborate within our interdisciplinary team, reporting daily participant updates and ensuring effective communication. Manage transportation scheduling software and daily schedules for drivers. Coordinate delivery of meals, medical equipment, and supplies. Oversee vehicle maintenance and assist in vehicle procurement. Ensure participant satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma required, college degree preferred. A minimum of one year experience in working with the frail or elderly population; two years of administrative/supervisory experience in a transportation setting; and five years of experience in the transportation industry. Experience working with elderly populations and in transportation settings. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related software.
