Wholesale Payments Support Specialist

Provide white glove service to assigned clients by understanding their business and communication preferences Listen, analyze and resolve assigned client inquiries Leverage Wholesale Payments knowledge and expertise to resolve complex client requests Be the subject matter expert on departmental software systems Routine tasks include managing queues for service requests, supporting internal inquiries, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for feedback and improvements Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and related training Five years of banking experience, two of which are in a treasury-related role, with 1+ years of in-depth experience with treasury services Must be able to work independently and as a team, be well organized, display good time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage daily activities in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong organizational skills Knowledgeable of bank operations, risk and controls, and operational risk management methodologies Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Treasury Services and Banking Operations, with a strong focus on client relationship management and effective communication.
