We help homeowners and businesses improve energy efficiency, comfort, and indoor air quality. As we expand in the greater Denver market, we are seeking a driven Sales & Estimator to join our team.

Position Overview
The Sales & Estimator will be responsible for generating new business, conducting in-home or on-site consultations, assessing insulation needs, and delivering accurate project estimates. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections for residential and commercial insulation projects
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insulation solutions
Prepare and present detailed, accurate estimates and proposals
Close sales and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers
Educate customers on energy efficiency, cost savings, and available incentives
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups
Qualifications
2+ years of sales, estimating, or in-home consultation experience (home services preferred)
Strong closing skills with a consultative sales approach
Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements/calculations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in insulation, HVAC, construction, or energy efficiency industries
Familiarity with local building codes and rebate programs in Colorado
CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceTitan)
