Client Service Associate

To support a collaborative advisory team, the hybrid Client Service Associate will provide investment analysis, wealth transfer planning support, and day-to-day client service, working three days in the office and two days remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted resource for clients, responding to inquiries and building strong relationships by understanding their financial goals Review client financial statements and investment reports, analyzing portfolio performance and monitoring allocations Assist with wealth transfer initiatives, including reviewing legal documents and supporting estate planning activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 3+ years of experience in public accounting, investment management, wealth management, or related financial services CPA and/or CFA designation strongly preferred or active progress toward certification Strong understanding of financial statements, investments, and wealth management concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
