POSITION SUMMARY The Client Service Associate position is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by providing world-class service and support in effort to assist clients achieve their financial goals. This candidate will perform administrative and marketing tasks, provide high-level customer service and be responsible for other office support activities. This individual will work directly with the Investment Advisor Representatives. The work environment is one of a family atmosphere that is fast paced and focused on providing the highest level of service and professionalism. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES New business processing Prep materials for all client meetings Execute client/advisor service requests and follow up activities Ensure all follow-up items are clearly documented and actioned Maintain the advisors calendar Update and maintain client relationship management database Data entry in financial planning software Track commissions and fees Implement and maintain marketing initiatives Interface with existing and new clients Field incoming telephone calls and emails SKILLS, ABILITIES & PERSONAL TRAITS Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment Tech-savvy High degree of honesty and integrity Strong work ethic Strong organizational, follow through and analytical skills Excellent listening and communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships Outgoing, business-like personality Ability to be proactive and forward thinking EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree or 5+ years of relevant experience required (financial services experience preferred) Special consideration will be given to candidates who have experience with: Microsoft Office Suite, Redtail, Docusign, AI Notetaking, QuickBooks, financial planning and reporting software, and eMoney Salary/Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
