Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Assess patients, implement care plans, and monitor vital signs; document changes and responses to treatment.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with policy, including MAR reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record; report changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and other care professionals to coordinate care; participate in rounds and care conferences.
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention, safety protocols, and patient safety standards; respond to emergencies as needed.

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work a 3x12 night shift
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate documentation
