Job TitleHigh-Level Professional with Building Automation System KnowledgeJob DescriptionHigh-Level professional with solid Building Automation System knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Field Service, who provides full ownership of all assigned projects. Schedules, coordinates the execution of project work profitably and timely. Drives project success via compliance with industry standards, per specifications. Uses effective communications with internal and external resources. Demonstrated commitment to the HVAC, BAS and Construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects following project processes and where applicable provide direction to assisting Project Engineers.Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction.Responsible for the overall successful financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and complete project portfolio cost re-estimation month to month.Manage the delivery of the contracted scope, within budget and secure change orders for all scope expansion.Order and coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy issues.Manage relationships with and issues subcontracts to sub-contractors, identifying execution issues, and taking appropriate corrective action to remedy them.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED2+ years of Project Management experience2+ years of experience working with Building AutomationMust have a valid Driver's LicensePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree with prior experience in Construction or HVACExperience in risk management, project planning, project estimation, and project monitoringMS Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, and OneDrivePMP CertificationAbility to lead and motivate teamsStrong problem-solving, planning and project management skillsDemonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
