Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator We are currently seeking candidates for a Recruiting Coordinator at a telecommunications co. (multiple locations) in Woburn, MA, 01801. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a talent acquisition environment. This is a temporary role (est. 6 months with a possibility of extension) and will pay between $27.00-$31.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site 3 days per week. Starts June 9th, 2026. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and business hiring teams. Conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates and make recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers. Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on campus recruiting efforts and initiatives by attending career fairs and campus engagement events, and assessing entry-level and intern talent. Process invoices and Purchase Orders as needed for various expenses such as candidate travel, agency fees, training programs, and other costs.
