This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a direct impact on the financial operations of a developing business.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day accounting processes while helping improve procedures and financial controls.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsMonitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices to improve collections and cash flowPerform bank and credit card reconciliationsAssist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activitiesReview and track purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and follow-upMaintain accurate financial records within QuickBooksSupport financial reporting and general ledger activitiesIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and organizationCollaborate with leadership and external accounting resources as neededQualifications3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experienceStrong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliationsExperience with month-end close activitiesQuickBooks experience requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and follow-up skillsPay Details: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour
