Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Home Care Scheduler to join our growing team. If you excel at problem-solving, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy making a difference in people's lives, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
As a Home Care Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by coordinating caregiver schedules, responding to staffing needs, and building strong relationships with both clients and caregivers.
Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate home care visits for caregivers and clients.
- Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client preferences.
- Manage last-minute schedule changes, call-outs, and emergency staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
- Work closely with the recruiting and clinical teams to maintain quality coverage and continuity of care.
- Help ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
- Previous home care scheduling, healthcare staffing, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software (Generations Homecare Software experience is a plus).
