How you’ll make an impact in this role

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

• Execute and continuously assess comprehensive patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes for every patient journey. 1
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver seamless, well-coordinated care experiences. 1
• Administer physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately, safeguarding patient safety and adherence to the prescribed treatment plan. 1
• Facilitate patient discharge planning by collaborating with the team to prepare patients and families for successful transitions home or to a new care setting. 1
• Document patient care journeys and changes in condition with precision, ensuring accurate, high-quality records for continuity of care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
