Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing standard building and facilities maintenance tasks while utilizing basic hand and power tools. The technician will be responsible for reading and following blueprints, as well as assembling work benches, tables, and other structures. Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
