Project Executive - Data Centers

Responsibilities The Project Executive develops and implements a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible, with support from the project teams and input from external stakeholders. The role is responsible for managing all company contacts with new and existing clients, generating business, negotiating contracts, estimating, bidding, maintaining profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervising project staff. Required Qualifications 10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction. 10+ years track record of delivering on‑time projects. 10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects. 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety. 10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control. 10+ years managing and developing successful teams. Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years prior relevant experience.
