FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

DutiesAdvises financial, accounting and program managers on difficult financial situations/problems.Analyzes operations to identify areas of potential non-compliance; explains discrepancies; and provides authoritative policy interpretation to ensure modification of existing operations comply with regulations.Performs reviews of financial systems with enterprise-wide application requiring a high degree of analytical and evaluative skills, as well as originality and advisory abilities.Remediates identified deficiencies in key control objectives, quality of documentation and supporting documentation.
