Job Title: Oracle Solution Architect (ERP Discovery Lead)

Location: SFO, CA [Remote]

Duration: 4Months

Role Summary

The Oracle Solution Architect will serve as the overall solution lead for the ERP Discovery Phase. The role will be responsible for defining the ERP strategy, future-state architecture, discovery methodology, fit-gap governance, integration blueprint, security model, and implementation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall ERP discovery and solution design approach.

• Facilitate executive workshops and architecture review sessions.

• Evaluate and recommend Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS solution direction.

• Define future-state ERP architecture and operating model.

• Establish discovery governance, design principles, and decision frameworks.

• Own cross-functional solution design across Finance, SCM, Commercial, PLM, MDM, Security, Reporting, and AI workstreams.

• Lead fit-gap governance and solution prioritization.

• Define:

o Integration Architecture

o Data & MDM Strategy

o Security & SOX Controls Framework

o Reporting & Analytics Architecture

o AI and Agentic Workflow Opportunities

• Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation considerations.

• Develop phased deployment roadmap, effort estimates, and transformation strategy.

• Review and approve all discovery deliverables before executive presentation.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of Oracle ERP consulting experience.

• 8+ years serving as Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect.

• Multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programs completed.

• Strong expertise across Finance, SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Integrations, Security, and Data Architecture.

• Experience leading ERP discovery, assessment, blueprinting, and roadmap engagements.

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor, fabless manufacturing, or high-tech industry experience.

• Experience evaluating Oracle Fusion versus Oracle EBS architectures.

• Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs ($10M+).

• Familiarity with AI-enabled business process automation and enterprise architecture frameworks.
