Digital Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Business Analyst in Pontiac, MI. The role involves working across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP, and Service Center teams. You will elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs, and translate them into clear technical requirements and testing plans.
