Facilities Maintenance Tech I Performs maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Purchase requisitions using department P-Card (Purchasing Card), purchasing receipts, leave forms, etc. Completes all required departmental and TTUHSC training. Moves various equipment, furniture, etc. Safely operates, manages, and maintains facilities, tools and equipment. Pay Grade Minimum: 15.00 Pay Basis: Hourly Work Location: Lubbock Preferred Qualifications Experience moving large furniture. Experience reading facility maps and blueprints.
