Administrative Assistant

Role: Administrative Assistant

Location :Charleston, South Carolina, USA

Employment Type: Contract (Possibility of Temp to perm after 3 months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, mail, deliveries, visitors, and meetings
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and filing systems
  • Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility request

Tools

  • ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or ECC) — service order management, billing, AR aging.
  • Ariba Guided Buying
  • Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint/OneDrive.
  • Document control and e-invoicing portals (customer/vendor-specific).

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of administrative or accounts receivable experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency
