DayTime Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document security-related events, observations, and incident details with accuracy.
• Support a professional site presence by communicating with personnel, guests, and first responders as needed, while following client-facing service expectations and post-specific instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds, preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be able to use a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
