Industrial Electrician

Location: Bay St. Louis, MS
Pay: $24 - $28 per hour based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a growing industrial operation in Bay St. Louis, MS. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a demanding industrial environment.

Schedule & Availability

$24/hour starting pay
Must be available to work a rotating schedule
2 weeks on day shift / 2 weeks on night shift
5-7 days per week, depending on operational needs
8-12 hour shifts
Flexibility for overtime and extended shifts is required

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
Perform electrical installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Diagnose electrical issues and safely restore equipment to operation
Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
Follow all company safety procedures and electrical standards
Work effectively with maintenance and production teams

Qualifications

Industrial electrical experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work rotating day/night shifts and extended hours
Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Electrical training, certification, or journeyman experience is a plus
