About This Role Join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. Board Certified Behavior Analyst Duties & Responsibilities Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months – 12 years Conduct assessments specific to client needs Develop ABA programming tailored to each client Manage time effectively for service delivery Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide training to caregivers Offer in‑home or community‑based wrap‑around services as needed Board Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications Current BCBA certification Experience working with children of varying abilities Experience developing and implementing verbal behavior programming Ability to communicate with diverse audiences about ABA Experience supervising staff Ability to make quick, sound decisions Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplementary insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Growth potential Excellent team environment Company‑issued computer Work under BCBA leadership About BASS ABA Therapy BASS ABA was established in 2003 to guide children toward their developmental potential through individualized ABA therapy in a caring, safe, and engaging environment.
