Home Care Aides do not require prior experience or certifications, only the willingness and ability to help others in their daily lives with the help of a written care plan.

Arcadia offers a variety of training to our Home Care Aides via in-person, phone, or video.

The different training methods allow us to provide our caregivers with the most meaningful and beneficial training possible.

Responsibilities: Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Home support (light housekeeping, vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes) Light meal prep and serving meals Accompanying the consumer to appointments when approved Grocery shopping, or other errands when approved Providing companionship and stimulation for the consumer (reading, walks) Qualifications: Must complete the agencys employment process Criminal background check Reliable transportation Reliable, self-motivated, and well-organized Must exhibit maturity, responsible behavior, & maintain consumer confidentiality Must be able to follow directions and work as a team 3 references (2 professional, 1 personal) We are proud providers of in-home care services for our Veterans.
