Responsibilities Provide professional, courteous service to clients and carrier representatives Support Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business Account rounding and development of new business Oversee preparation and implementation of all transactions for assigned accounts Act as connection between clients and insurance carriers Manage, organize, and conduct client meetings Qualifications 1-3 years experience in insurance Account Management Excellent oral and written communication skills Superior customer service and problem solving skills Currently licensed in good standing High School diploma; AA/college degree preferred Customer Service Representative Full-time If you have the desire to help people and are looking for a rewarding professional career, our Agency Service department is the place for you!
