Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for maximizing sales in multi-store retail locations executed through in-store events, training, and product demonstrations. The Sales Coordinator's role is to build brand awareness, create an elevated in-store experience, and be a trusted expert for our brands.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales goals across all assigned stores
- Adhere to store visit schedule based on business needs across all assigned stores
- Clientele and recruit new customers by providing an elevated and personalized customer experience through relationship building
- Foster and maintain solid professional relationships with retail partners by demonstrating a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. Providing excellent service to both retailer and customers
- Successfully provide training, executing in-store events and focus days, personal consultation, and hands-on demonstration to drive sales
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Adhere to both Boots and third-party retailer policies and procedures
- Maintain great communication with store teams, line manager, and peers
- Work independently and sustain a positive can-do attitude
- Consistently present a clean and professional brand image at all times
- Attend all required conference calls, trainings, and team meetings
- Ensure that testers, brushes, etc., are maintained in compliance with hygiene standards
- Ensure that stock, beauty stations, and fixtures are clean, organized, and adhere to company merchandising standards
- Ensure execution of updated in-store planograms, merchandising displays, and presentation in stores and monitor stock and partner with the in-store retail team to ensure stock flow and replenishment
- Promote and communicate key product launches, current promotions, and events
- Have knowledge of competitive brands
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales/commission-based retail environment is preferred. Makeup/Artistry skills and product experience in skincare and beauty, but not required.
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service and a competency for selling.
- General knowledge and passion for the Beauty/Skincare industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
- High degrees of motivation, drive, integrity, accountability, and the ability to work well independently as well as a part of a team.
- Consistently demonstrate a desire to exceed expectations.
- Receptive to guidance and feedback.
- Ability to work flexible schedules as shifts include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.

- Excellent record of attendance in line with our Boots Retail USA guidelines
