Elective Staffing is partnering with a high-velocity distribution operation in Byhalia, MS. We’re searching for dependable professionals who thrive on precision and pace, and who can switch seamlessly between a Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.

Core Equipment You’ll Run

• Double-Deep Reach Truck
• Dock Stocker
• Walkie Rider

Your Impact

• Execute put-away, replenishment, picks, and transfers with accuracy.
• Retrieve product from double-deep rack locations efficiently.
• Load/unload trailers while safeguarding inventory accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and a WMS to record each transaction.
• Complete pre-shift inspections; report service needs promptly.
• Uphold all safety rules and productivity expectations.
• Maintain an orderly, clean work area.
• Pitch in on other warehouse priorities as assigned.

Must-Have Experience

• Minimum 2 years recent operation of the three key assets listed above.
• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; RF/WMS experience a plus.
• Detail-focused, safety-driven, and consistently reliable attendance.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Comfortably lift 50–75 lbs.
• Must pass a forklift skills evaluation.
• Reliable transportation to the Byhalia, MS site.

Legal

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
