Customer Service Representative

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Provide assistance via e-mail and phone to customers and sales representatives regarding products, orders, and other information.; Enter orders received by phone or email on a daily basis.; Acknowledge orders as received by customers.; Match the person of ladings with orders after shipment daily.; Maintain a daily report with KPIs that is issued to the management team for review.; Create account adjustments and process returns requested by customers, and submit them to accounting as needed.; Assist with any freight claims provided by customers and/or carrier partners.; Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward customers at all times.; Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
