What Youll Do as a Health Consultant Assistant

• Schedule and manage client phone appointments keeping the lead Health Consultants calendar organized and up to date.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail including preparing and shipping test kits to customers.
• Assist with sales calls and answer basic health-related questions for customers.
• Support the Health Consultant with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep client care running smoothly.
• Provide friendly attentive communication that reflects NewLight Healths values in every client interaction.
• Learn alongside the lead Health Consultant through hands-on training in holistic health consulting and supplement guidance.

• Experienced: 1 years of administrative and customer service experience; were willing to train the right candidate.
• Organized: Keep appointments records communications and test-kit shipments on track.
• Personable: Communicate warmly and professionally with customers by phone and email.
• Reliable: Show up consistently follow through on commitments and handle the details customers and teammates depend on.
• Eager to Learn: Bring basic computer skills and a genuine interest in learning holistic health consulting and supplement guidance.
