Facilities Management is currently seeking a Student Work Control Assistant to help with the daily processes within the Work Control Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a coordinator and point of contact for Work Control

Responsible for generating work orders that come through the AIM system from origin to completion

Review the work orders for clarifying the description, proper coding, locations, contact information, shop, status etc.

Responsible for editing and adding phases to work orders as needed

Qualifications:

Great communication skills for answering calls and answering questions from customers, faculty, staff and technicians

Computer skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
