Sales Manager - Retail

Kleen Test Products (KTP) is seeking a Sales Manager - Retail to help drive continued growth within our retail business. This role is responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As a trusted partner to our customers, the Sales Manager - Retail will serve as a key liaison between external retail partners and internal teams while supporting successful product launches and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail customers.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective retail accounts.
Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support successful product launches and ongoing customer initiatives.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging retail opportunities.
Attend industry trade shows and customer meetings to support business development efforts.
Partner with internal teams to identify innovative products and solutions that meet customer needs.
Ensure timely communication and exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.
Manage multiple customer projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and accuracy.
