Just as important, you’ll provide companionship, encouragement, and a familiar face clients can count on.And we’ll make sure you feel ready to succeed. From day one, you’ll receive hands-on orientation and skills training, plus specialized training for supporting clients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s.What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking a compassionate and dependable professional who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Our ideal candidate will:Be certified CPR and first aid (or willingness to get certified)Have a recent tuberculosis (TB) test or chest X-rayBe able to successfully pass a background check and drug screeningDemonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independentlyManage schedules effectively while providing exceptional client-centered careBring a caring, patient, and positive attitude to every client interactionPreferred QualificationHold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) licenseSchedule & PayCompetitive pay ranging from $16/hour based on experience and qualificationsAvailable shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and live-in assignmentsComprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance benefits401(k) retirement plan to help support your future goalsOpportunities to grow with a supportive and mission-driven teamAbout UsSenior Helpers® has been the nation's premier franchisor of in-home senior care franchisees since 2005, with locations across the country.
