Chimney Technician Assistant

Job Description

Job Description

I’m looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join my chimney business full-time. I’m looking for someone who wants to learn a trade, develop their skills, and turn this into a long-term career.

Construction experience is a big plus! If you’ve worked in construction, roofing, masonry, remodeling, or another trade and know your way around tools, that’s exactly the kind of background I’m looking for.

The work includes chimney cleaning, masonry repairs, chimney liners, stove installations, and other chimney-related work. Every job is different, so being mechanically inclined, knowing how to use tools, and being able to think through problems are important.

What I’m looking for:

• Construction or other hands-on trade experience preferred
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
• Knows how to use basic power tools and hand tools
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work
• Takes pride in doing quality work and pays attention to detail
• Someone who wants to learn, improve, and build a career — not just collect a paycheck

Pay starts at $20–$25/hour depending on experience , with opportunities for overtime and performance-based bonuses.

The goal is to build a long-term working relationship with the right person, with room to grow in responsibility and earnings as their skills develop.

If you have construction experience, a good work ethic, and want an opportunity to learn a specialized trade, send me a message with a little information about your experience and what kind of work you’ve done.

Serious inquiries only. Looking for someone dependable who wants to grow with the business.
