Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.22 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur10:30 PM - 06:30 AMFri10:30 PM - 06:30 AMSat10:30 PM - 06:30 AMSun10:30 PM - 06:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and/or personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or shipping documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, gates, docks, and/or operational spaces. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, gate areas, parking areas, and perimeter, remaining aware of changing conditions involving vehicle traffic, cargo activity, and/or pedestrian movement. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
