Food Production Associate

ABR is hiring multiple Food Production Associate for a well-established food manufacturer in Waupun, WI. This role involves food preparation, packaging, and quality control in a production environment.

Available Shifts:

• 1st shift - Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Rate:

• $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and label cheese products according to company specifications
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment as needed
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment following sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or 612 months of relevant experience or training
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, complete documentation, and perform basic math
• Ability to repeatedly lift 2045 pounds
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet production environments
