Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day logistics and shipping operations for a company that designs, manufactures, and installs retail displays and visual merchandising fixtures for major retailers across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with logistics experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is excited to leverage technology, including our newly implemented Dynamics 365 ERP system, to help drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify logistics, shipping, and inventory data for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain information within the ERP system.
• Print and prepare labels for shipments and inventory management.
• Manage and respond to email communications in a timely and organized manner.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics activities through computer-based systems and email correspondence.
• Support inventory and warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of customer orders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Logistics Specialist, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience working with an ERP system (any ERP platform).
• Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in changing or ambiguous situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication and email management abilities.
• Motivated to learn and become proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
