One year of web merchandising experience preferred. Endeca, Adobe Omniture or similar search engine preferred. Or Bachelor's degree and two years of combined experience in search engine optimization, business analysis, online merchandising, e-commerce user experience or relevant e-commerce experience. Oversees and improves the merchandising presentation layer. Curates product assortments. Creates and assigns product departments within the visual hierarchy. Creates and maintains interactive environments for engaging users with products. Determines usage of rich content. Develops and implements site search rules. Analyzes search term reports to improve results, conversions and average order size. Ensure optimal user experience and promote products and brands including, but not limited to Home Pages, Online Banners, Promotional Environments, and E-mails. Provides Alt Tags and keywords. Creates and implements banner rules. Provides input on A/B test strategies. Utilizes product relational tools such as Certona. Performs other duties as assigned.
