Account Based Marketing Manager, Scaled Growth Agency Marketing, GBM

About the TeamThe Scaled Growth Agency Marketing team, a part of Global Business Marketing (GBM), partners closely with Scaled Growth (Independent) Agency Sales to drive growth and retention across our managed agency portfolio.This role focuses on agency acquisition and expansion, bringing new agencies into TikTok's advertising ecosystem and helping existing agency partners grow their business on TikTok. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive new agency onboarding, adoption, and growth on TikTok by designing and implementing programs for agency education, campaigns for targeted outreach, C-suite engagement programs, bootcamps and enablement programs, industry partnerships and event sponsorships, owned events and activations. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role requiring close collaboration with Sales, Marketing Solutions, PMM, Product, and regional teams to influence agency stakeholders from media buyers to managing directors and CEOs.- Develop and execute the marketing strategy to acquire and grow independent agencies on TikTok, working in lockstep with Agency Sales and partnering closely with Product, Marketing Solutions, and regional teams to drive onboarding, adoption, expansion, and long-term growth.- Build a deep understanding of agency business models, priorities, pain points, and decision-making processes to inform acquisition and expansion strategies, messaging, and programs.- Own the agency customer journey and develop the messaging, content, and experiences needed to move agencies from discovery to adoption and expansion.- Design and execute integrated ABM programs across content, events, webinars, email, paid media, and executive engagement to drive awareness, consideration, adoption, and growth.- Design and deliver high-impact TikTok-owned events and experiences, including Discovery Days, bootcamps, executive roundtables, workshops, and customer activations.- Create innovative C-suite engagement programs that build and deepen executive relationships and position TikTok as a strategic growth partner.- Lead TikTok's presence at key industry tentpole moments through sponsorships, speaking opportunities, executive engagement, and experiential activations.- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition and expansion plays, channels, partnerships, and marketing programs to accelerate agency growth.- Partner closely with Sales to build a continuous feedback loop that informs audience targeting, messaging, program optimization, and future investment decisions.- Establish clear success metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and influence agency acquisition, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and revenue growth.Minimum Qualification(s)- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, media, advertising, SaaS, or agency-focused organizations.- Experience developing and executing integrated demand generation, ABM, field marketing, growth marketing, or customer acquisition programs.- Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including agencies, media planning, performance marketing, measurement, and digital advertising platforms.- Experience partnering closely with sales organizations to influence pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue outcomes.- Proven ability to build executive-level engagement programs and high-touch customer experiences.- Experience developing customer-centric messaging, content strategies, segmentation frameworks, and go-to-market plans.Preferred Qualification(s)- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate customer insights into scalable marketing programs.- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with experience influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing Solutions, and Marketing.- Knowledge of TikTok advertising solutions and the agency ecosystem is a plus.Req ID: A111566
