Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
Location: North Haven, CT | Onsite
Experience: 4+ years
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing process improvement and PLM systems, especially Windchill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and assembly operations.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and process capability methods.
- Manage product data, engineering changes, and PLM workflows.
- Configure and support Windchill PLM, including workflows, attributes, lifecycles, and integrations with ERP, CAD, and MES.
- Support Agile PLM, product data governance, validation, and quality compliance.
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills: - Bachelor's in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Windchill PLM SME / strong PLM implementation experience.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and Continuous Improvement.
- Manufacturing equipment, tooling, quality systems, and regulatory knowledge.
- Agile PLM experience is a plus.
- Medical Device/MedTech experience strongly preferred.
