Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Rep

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Research and troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex matters when appropriate.
• Process customer requests, updates, and transactions accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Meet established service standards, productivity goals, and quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a call center, financial institution, healthcare, retail, or service environment.
• Experience working with CRM software and customer service platforms.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
