Project Manager

Manages, coordinates, leads projects from initiation through delivery. Responsible for meeting the project requirements and managing project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk. Serve as a liaison between all the cross functional teams.

• Establishes and assembles project teams, and coordinates activities.
• Develops detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, project tracking and analysis.
• Performs economic and other analysis as required to achieve the best least cost.
• Manages and obtains Customer Concurrence through direct and indirect communication with Customers and Account Teams as well as managing critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience.
• Solid stakeholder/client management experience
• Collaborate with diverse and strong cross functional teams.

Qualification

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office Suites
• Project Management
• Track project milestones
• Vendor Management

Nice to Have

• Ability to work within multiple databases and tools for pulling, analyzing, and tracking of data
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• Enterprise Release management experience
• Experience in KPI's and Metrics
• Experience in Organizational Change Management discipline
• Legacy systems TRACE, Netmart, PART, ACMS, SiteTrack, PACE, NSITE
• PMP certification

• Location - Onsite in Smyrna, GA 5 days a week
• Skills Needed: Logistics Experience - (items related to shipping, creating shipping labels, etc)
• Strong Management skills of multiple moving pieces - highly organized/strong communicator.
• Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel,
