Residential Program Manager - Behavioral Health & Care
Birch Family Services
A leading provider of care services in New York, is seeking a Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential facility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role with the developmentally disabled population. Responsibilities include staff supervision, treatment planning, and ensuring a high standard of care for residents.
