In addition to owning a market, the Senior Market Manager is responsible for people leadership, performance management, and strategic oversight across their region. Market & Client Responsibilities Build and manage strong relationships with retail partners on behalf of the client, driving sales performance across the market Maintain presence in assigned stores at defined frequencies, modeling best‑in‑class execution Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and advanced training sessions Design and implement training strategies to elevate product knowledge and selling confidence Create and execute promotional activities, product launches, and special events Identify and action new business opportunities within the market Complete detailed weekly reporting covering performance, training, opportunities, and execution People Leadership & Coaching Directly manage, coach, and support a team of up to three Market Managers Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development support to drive individual and team growth Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to KPIs, service standards, and execution quality Support performance management processes, including goal‑setting, reviews, and corrective action where required Act as a mentor and escalation point for complex retail, training, or execution challenges Strategic Contribution Partner with internal leadership and client teams to provide market insights, trends, and recommendations Contribute at a higher level to program planning, regional strategies, and national initiatives Represent the program at industry events, client meetings, and out‑of‑market conventions How will you succeed?
