We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical who can drive innovation, AI solutions, mentor teams, and effectively communicate with business and technology stakeholders. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, proactively identifies opportunities, and delivers impactful AI-driven outcomes. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $85000-$10000/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities Experience in design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Architect scalable AI platforms leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI agents, and cloud-native services. Develop and optimize Python-based applications, APIs, and AI workflows. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and architects to translate business problems into AI solutions. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and accelerators. Mentor and guide AI engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices. Establish AI engineering standards, governance, and MLOps practices. Lead POCs, prototypes, and production implementations from concept to deployment. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and clients. Contribute to solutioning, estimation, proposals, and client presentations. Requirements Strong hands-on expertise in Python. Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration frameworks. Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms. We offer A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
