Reporting Analyst

4+ years of experience in reporting and analytics using Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence
Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to present complex data in a clear, digestible format
Skilled in defining and managing KPIs/OKRs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decisions including automation initiatives.
Will be required to provide capacity planning, reporting and PowerPoint presentations
Exceptional oral and written communication skills; consistently produces executive-ready deliverables such as briefings, decision memos, and strategic roadmaps.
Strong Project Management background
Must be able to analyze data and provide results
