Business Supervisor Oncology East

The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Business Supervisor for our Medical Oncology Clinic at our East location in Lee's Summit, MO. This position will sit at our East location but will manage staff at other Oncology locations within the KC Metro area. Position may travel some between Oncology clinics.

The Shift:

This is a full-time Monday through Friday dayshift position.

The Work:

• Manages specific administrative functions related to the operations of the clinic as assigned.
• Will manage Oncology prior authorization and scheduling teams.
• Responsible for staff management, training and development of assigned employees including hiring, discipline and staff evaluations.
• Will cover administrative office duties as needed.
• Previous manager experience preferred.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Prior experience with prior authorizations and insurance strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, flexibility, customer service and teamwork skills required.
