We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. $75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home

What You'll Do

• Meet with qualified buyers and sellers on scheduled appointments
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
• Guide clients from consultation to closing
• Negotiate offers and contracts
• Follow proven sales and CRM systems
• Convert appointments into signed agreements
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training

Qualifications:

• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
