JOB TITLE: HR Recruiter

REPORTS TO: HR Manager

Summary of Responsibilities

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, coordinate the selection process, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

The HR Recruiter serves as a trusted partner throughout the hiring process and helps ensure recruiting practices are timely, consistent, inclusive, and compliant with company policies and applicable employment requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and pre-employment activities

· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, competencies, and ideal candidate profiles

· Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions

· Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and alignment with position requirements

· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

· Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

· Prepare and extend employment offers in accordance with established guidelines

· Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR systems

· Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, employment verification, and other pre-employment requirements, as applicable

· Maintain recruitment documentation and records in accordance with organizational policies and applicable requirements

· Conduct and schedule New Hire Orientations

· Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, and vacancy trends

· Provide recruiting updates and staffing insights to HR leadership and hiring managers

· Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring employee information is accurately entered and required onboarding tasks, documentation, and system workflows are completed in a timely manner

· Partner with hiring managers, HR, IT, payroll, and other stakeholders to coordinate system access, employee setup, and other onboarding requirements

· Facilitate employee offboarding within applicable HR systems, including initiating separation workflows, updating employee records, coordinating system access removal, and ensuring required offboarding activities are completed

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

· 2 + years of recruiting, talent acquisitions, Human Resources, or related experience

· Experience conducting candidate interviews and partnering with hiring managers

· Proficiency with MS Office Suite

· Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a manufacturing environment

· Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
